Calvin is a product builder with a strong instinct for usefulness and design. He's founded before and has spent the past few years building people technology at scale. At Joy, he leads product and engineering, focused on clarity, craft, and building tools that quietly do their job well.

Jessie is an operator with experience across Sales, Market Expansion, and People in high-growth Nordic companies. She's spent the past decade building teams and systems with a strong people-first lens. At Joy, she shapes the vision, the thinking, and how Joy should feel to use.

Together, we've both spent years working on the same underlying problem from different angles: how to help humans thrive while doing great work. Joy is the product we wished had existed earlier.
